The built-in basket provides a dedicated space for your furry companion. Always supervise your pet, ensure they are securely positioned, and ride slowly on smooth surfaces. Never leave your pet unattended.

Enjoy up to 20 miles of riding range on a full charge, with a 36V 10Ah lithium battery and a charging time of approximately 4-6 hours. Actual range may very depending on rider weight, terrain, and riding conditions. 

We offer FREE Worldwide shipping on all orders. Due to high demand, orders are typically processed within 1-4business days, and delivered within 12-18 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. All orders are processed within (Monday to Friday).

Every product has shipping protection and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box with cushioning to prevent damage during transit. 

We take extra care to protect the products.

• Due to demand and our product going viral, times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience - it is worth the wait! 
• If you place an order on Thursday or Friday, and it is not fully processed by Friday evening, it will be processed the following Monday.

The tracking system can sometimes show China because our international locistics/tracking partner is based there. We recently expanded fulfilment due to the amount of orders coming in, so some tracking updates route through their system first. Orders are still handled by our team.
